Kent Billiter
A Florida native, Kent Billiter’s generous spirit has afforded him the opportunity to donate his time and talents to meaningful charities, while continuing his leadership in the dental industry. For the past decade, Kent has worked for a large dental laboratory headquartered in Tampa, Florida as regional director for the central U.S., managing field technicians and a regional sales team. With the help of Kent’s experienced direction, DDS LAB has grown by 20 percent each sequential year, successfully turning through two private equity transactions.
Kent transferred to Dallas Texas in 2013, maintaining his position as a regional director of DDS LAB. Adapting quickly to a Texas lifestyle,
In 2022 Kent joined a team and started Cadmus Dental Laboratory, where he is the Chief Revenue Officer of this new and technologically advanced dental company.
While in Texas, Kent developed a heartfelt interest in equestrian-related activities, namely hunter/jumper. He is the client coordinator for Brandon Clinton Sport Horses in Pilot Point, Texas, managing all marketing, networking, and special events. An active community member, Kent occasionally brings horses to various schools and events in the area for education and awareness of their programs. He is SafeSport certified (recognized by the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee) and trained to protect students by identifying signs of harassment, bullying, and abuse.
Kent is also the executive director of the equine therapeutic riding program, EquiHope.
In 2021, Kent was invited to serve as a board member of Face Forward International, a non-profit charity founded on the belief that survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and cruel acts should have access to surgical care and emotional counseling, regardless of their income level. By focusing on emotional and physical restoration for women, men, and children, Face Forward provides the essentials needed to overcome hardships and rebuild lives for a brighter future. Services and transportation are free of charge for qualified individuals.
In 2022, Kent was invited to become a member of IBEX. Ibex Club is a young men's business organization which strives to build today's young professionals into tomorrow's leaders by creating connections, fostering leadership development, and serving the local community.
Ibex Club is a non-industry specific club based in Dallas, Texas that is open to all focused, driven, and high character young men.
Kent resides, on property at the 130 acre ranch in Pilot Point, Tx. In his leisure time, he enjoys helping with horse shows, and finding opportunities for community outreach and education on the notable charities he supports.

Marge Nicholson
Marge Nicholson’s passionate desire to help others complements Equihope’s mission, teaching horsemanship to children with special needs.
The newest board member of Equihope Foundation, Marge assists in fundraising and event planning. She is also an Equihope camp counselor and aids riders as a side walker for safety and reassurance.
A gifted visionary and celebrated leader, Marge has built trusted business relationships for the past 12 years as the chief innovation officer for Cadmus Dental Labs. Known for providing outstanding client service, her unwavering drive for success adds significant value to future Equihope objectives and endeavors. She aims to grow the foundation by 50 percent by the end of 2023.
Marge loves seeing the tremendous impact working with horses can bring to a riders confidence. A mother herself, she enjoys watching parents delight in their child’s accomplishments, overcoming challenges while riding such an impressive animal.
As a non-profit volunteer, Marge’s experience with New York University, Girl Scouts of America, and children diagnosed with epilepsy aligns itself with Equihope’s desire to encourage and inspire confidence in special-needs children through the art of horsemanship.
Marge earned a Bachelor of Arts in the University Honors Program at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL.

Jennifer Mathis
Jennifer Mathis, EquiHope Board Secretary:
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Jen grew up fascinated by horses and took every chance to be near them. As a teen she worked in show barns in exchange for lessons and the day she turned 18 began carriage driving for tours in KC’s Plaza district. Her love of driving horses never wavered and after moving to Texas she drove carriages in Fort Worth, Frisco, Plano and Dallas.
An Alumni of the University of North Texas, Jen started out in education then changed to a business degree after she became inspired to enter non-profit work. As a grant writer, fundraiser and development director, Jen has raised millions in funding for various children’s programs from Boys & Girls Clubs, Children’s Advocacy Centers to equine therapy focused non-profits.
Jen started instructing in Equine Therapy in 2010 at SpiritHorse. In 2016, she achieved her Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship Driving & Riding Instructor certification, Certified Horsemanship Equine Facilities Management Level 4 and her Mackinaw Dells 2 barefoot trim certification.
For over a decade Jen has instructed and directed therapeutic horsemanship programs creating a unique curriculum developmentally appropriate for riders of all levels that builds independence. Currently, Jen is an Applied Behavior Analysis intern studying for her Registered Behavioral Technician certification.
Jen is thrilled to be a part of the EquiHope team as Program Director and Board Secretary: “At EquiHope, our goal is to serve the community through the healing power of horses. I’m so grateful to be a part of this mission with Brandon and Kent. It’s been an incredible experience and I’m excited about the future.”
