Discover the Transformative Power of Equine Therapy

WELCOME TO EQUIHOPE

EquiHope is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives through equine therapy. Your support is tax-deductible, helping us bring hope and healing to those who need it most.

Our Mission

Empowering lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth community through safe and supportive equine therapy, fostering growth, healing, and a love for horsemanship.

Our Vision

To become a leading institution in equine therapy, providing world-class experiences for our clients, supporters, and horses while transforming lives one ride at a time.

What is Equine Therapy?

Equine therapy harnesses the therapeutic benefits of working with horses to promote physical, emotional, and psychological healing. Led by a PATH certified therapeutic riding instructor, with the assistance of trained volunteers, riders learn every step of the ground work, grooming, tack-up and un-tack, riding skills and even life skills with each lesson. Every rider learns at their own pace with the support they need to feel confident and safe.

For those facing disabilities, PTSD, anxiety, grief, or other challenges, horses offer an unparalleled source of comfort, connection, and empowerment. Each session is a step toward healing in an environment that’s as safe as it is inspiring.
